台美高科技论坛11月9日南湾登场
北美台湾工程师协会（NATEA）11月9日，周六，早上9时30分至下午5时，在圣他克拉拉Tech Mart, 1st Floor, 5201 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara举行台美高科技论坛（UTHF），主题为「Cloud Computing and Taiwan」，邀请到云端产业相关三位初创公司总裁，二位创投家共同分享经验。论坛由国科技会旧金山科技组赞助。
早上开幕演讲将由思科资深副总David Yen主讲「The Network is the Cloud」，台湾科技会报（BOST）副执行书黄彦男将谈「Taiwan Cloud Program and Policy」。
论坛下午1时首场演讲，由Sales Force Principal Developer Evangelist派得森（Pat Patterson）谈「Unique Cloud Platform with identity and Security control-a Platform as a Cloud Service Provider.」
下午2时开始的论坛讨论，将有国立政治大学教授郭耀煌，谈「Development of Cloud Computing Technology in Taiwan」。台科大教授李汉铭演讲「NSC Cloud Computing Security and Information Security Program」。成功大学教授杨竹星分享「On the Study of Network Threat Capture, Ontology Analysis,Tracking and Filter technology」。台科大教授陈俊良谈「IoT Multimedia Platform and Advanced Applications」。中兴大学教授廖宜恩演讲「Financial Big Data and A Cloud Service for the Evaluation of Company’s Financial Health Using XBRL- tagged Financial Statements」。
下午3时20分请到微软Azure Program 主任Dustin Hinks演讲「Insight Azure Cloud Services 」。4时有英业达首席顾问王玮介绍「Introduction of CCAT（Cloud Computing Association in Taiwan）」，以及「Taiwan Cloud Industry Overview and Product Demo」。和沛科技总经理翟本乔演讲「Why is it difficult to transform the electronics industry into the cloud industry, and how can we succeed?」
