全国人大代表、教育部原副部长吴启迪一语道破其中奥妙。“从教育部门看,考生在当地参加高考,技术上没问题。但当地的利益就不是教育部能管得了的了。”说来,这也是“地方保护主义”在作怪。明摆着是既得利益群体不愿意改变。
其实在全球化的今天,不准异地高考会造成对弱势群体更大的戕害。北京上海的优秀或富裕考生,对外可以奔赴欧美发达国家“异地高考”,对内照样享受本地“超国民待遇”。而京沪农民工哪怕交了几十年的税,甚至在小学初中阶段交了10来万的赞助费,高考时其子女照样享受不到市民待遇。这种教育差距和机遇差别无疑是双重的。教育咨询QQ1449414080
